Workshop For The Establishment Of The Club Program
On the date
23/03//2024, we have succeeded in officially introducing the implementation of our first national program of
"TANZANIA TALENTED CHILD AWARD" program that aims to inspire children to show their talents
theirs, while teachers, parents and various stakeholders are involved in helping to identify and develop talents
of Children aged between 3-14 years in Tanzania.
The implementation of this program has started on a trial basis in eight (8) schools within (6) wards of the Municipality
of Morogoro. Where the initial diagnosis made in the relevant school revealed a total of 447 children
with more than ten (10) types of talents. As a result of a 26-person operational team that included,
Municipal NGO Registrar, Municipal Education Officer, Culture, Welfare, Ward Executives, Teachers and Professionals
variety of child development issues from TCA.
Thus, most of the implementation activities have been directed to the pill quarter and continue to
in 2024. Where the results of the situation, achievements, challenges and learning all together will be used
in improving the design of the program and its implementation nationally.
