TCA we believe that, children are the largest community with the most people in the world, followed by the youth community, middle-aged people and the elderly community group. This is why at TCA we say "our children are our community, our community is our children" because today's children are the community of adults tomorrow, and the inheritors of power and control of the next world.

Despite their great dependence today, let's not forget that they are our dependence tomorrow, when we will be old and unable to properly face the responsibilities of the Earth.

 Our good destiny and a prosperous Earth in the near future will depend a lot on the children of today and those who will be born later. Good upbringing accompanied by sincere friendship, a statement of the society of children and adults. It will help to reduce incidents and acts of violence in the future, against the elderly as a result of the child growing up in today's life conditions full of acts of violence against him.

This is the reason why TCA encourages the establishment of Clubs of friends of TCA, in families, groups, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, universities and religious institutions, all over the world.

 Who together will work as a team of ambassadors to defend and support children's welfare movements, as well as help collect various resources that will be used, to help children living in dangerous environments and with special needs, in countries where TCA implements children's programs or projects, for the way of direct implementation or through partner organizations and TCA in the respective countries.

1.    Be an Ambassador of TCA in your country on the welfare of children who are supported through children's projects implemented by TCA inside and outside Tanzania.

2.    For students and graduates, to get a chance to work with TCA in Tanzania and partner countries with TCA in a volunteer position, practical exercises in the field of Social workers, psychology, Community & Child behavior change, Children's talent development, teaching various sports, The organization and participation of children's defense movements, Visiting and learning from the families of children who suffer from TCA, and if you need to do various social studies, TCA will help you step by step.

3.    Be among the family members of TCA's Friends Club platform around the world where its news will be published four times a year in TCA Magazine.
